Paul Rosenhayn was born in Hamburg, Germany and was educated in England and Germany. He was an author, actor, and screenwriter. He lived several years in India and he wrote articles for different newspapers. He died in Berlin, Germany. He is the creator of 'Joe Jenkins', an American private detective.
