Leslie Elson Waller was born in Chicago, Illinois. In World War II he served in the Army Air Corps. After the war, he studied at the University of Chicago and Columbia University. He worked as a public relations account executive at Harshe-Rotman and Druck in New York. He also wrote under the pseudonyms 'C.S. Cody' and 'Patrick Mann'. |
