William Franklin Ash was born in Dallas, Texas. He was an author, broadcaster, and marxist. During World War II, he served as a fighter pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force. At the end of the war, he acquired British citizenship. He worked as a scriptwriter for the BBC until they fired him due to his revolutionary ideas. He is the creator of 'Kyle Brandeis', an editor of a small literary review. |
