Morton Cooper Feinberg was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He moved to New York after high school and began writing children's television programs. In the 1950s he stared his writing career and later, he wrote freelance articles for The Chicago Defender. He also wrote in other genres and had a huge success with his novel The King (1967). |
