Patrick John Francis Cosgrave was born in Dublin, Ireland. He was an author, journalist, editor, and supporter of the British Conservative Party. He was an adviser to future Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher whilst she was Leader of the Opposition. He is the creator of 'Colonel Allen Cheyney', an agent with British Intelligence.
