Geoffrey Household
1900-1988
 

Geoffrey Edward West Household was born in Bristol. He studied at Oxford University where he obtained a B.A. in English Literature. During the Second World War he served as a Field Security Officer in British Intelligence. After the war he settled down in England as a writer.
