Evan McNamara was born in Madison, Wisconsin. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as an Infantry Officer from 1993 to 2000. He is the creator of 'Bill Tatum', a former army sniper and now Sheriff of Mineral County, Colorado. Visit also this site.
