Charles Gordon Booth was born in Manchester, England. In 1904, he moved to Canada and in 1922, he moved to the USA where he became a naturalized citizen in 1930. He was an author, short story writer, and bookkeeper. He is the creator of 'Anatole Flique', a policeman of the Paris Sûreté. |
