Fletcher Flora was born in Parsons, Kansas. He was an author and short story writer whose work was published in many magazines. During World War II, he served in New Guinea, Leyte, and Luzon. After the war, he became an Education Adviser of the United States Disciplinary Barracks in Leavenworth, Kansas until 1963. |
