Lis Howell was born in Liverpool and educated at the Liverpool Institute for Girls and Bristol University, where she read English Literature. She worked at Border TV, Sky News and GMTV before joining Flextech, where she launched the Living Channel. In 2000, she left Flextech to set up her own networking venture. She joined City University in 2002 as a Visiting Lecturer in Television. |
