Andrew Gary Kaplan worked as a free-lance journalist and war correspondent for the International Herald Tribune in Paris. He served in both the U.S. Army and in the Israeli Army. He is the creator of the 'Scorpion' series featuring a former CIA covert operative-turned-freelance spy, code-named Scorpion.
