James Robert Lotz was born in Liverpool, England. He graduated in geography at Manchester University in 1952. In 1954, he emigrated to Canada. He was an author, teacher, and critic. He died in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He is the creator of 'Dominic', a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Constable. |
