David Charles Rotenberg was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada where he still lives. He has directed plays on Broadway and around the world. He is the Artistic Director of the internationally famous Professional Actors Lab. He is the brother of Robert Rotenberg. He also writes in other genres. He is the creator of:
1. 'Junction Chronicles' series featuring Decker Roberts, an acting teacher with the gift of always knowing when someone is telling the truth.
2. 'Zhong Fong', an Inspector in Shanghai.
