Mike Savage is an author, freelance journalist, publisher, and director of Savage Press in Brule, Wisconsin. He has written for the Milwaukee Sentinel, St. Paul Pioneer-Press, and many other newspapers and magazines. He is the creator of the 'Superior Murder Mystery' series featuring detective Alphonse "Dave" Davecki in Superior, Wisconsin.
